Hello there! My name is Emily and this is my “get healthy” blog. I suppose. For lack of a better word for it. I’m currently dealing with some things in my life that have lead me down the path to not being very healthy and gaining about 40 or so pounds if not a few more.
I’ve recently decided that I would like to start running and I would like to pick up my vegetarian ways again. Before I started dating my now ex, I was a vegetarian for about 2 or 3 years and then that stopped becuase his family ate a lot of meat and I felt so much better when I was a vegetarian and actually taking care of my body and exercising. As far as running goes, I’m planning on starting the Couch to 5K.
So, let’s get started. :)
