I'm absolutely determined to become strong and healthy. I've been vegan for almost two years, but the past few months I've fallen off the band wagon. After adding cheese and processed food back into my diet, I've nearly gained back all the 20 pounds I lost.
Now I'm gonna change that! I'm going back full blown vegan. Not only that - but I'm going to add plenty of exercise into my life. Until every muscle in my body is strong, until everything I eat bears no guilt, until I'm everything I want to be.
